Fuzhong: old Banqiao’s night starts with a skewer
Step out of MRT Fuzhong and you’re in the old town’s territory: narrow lanes, dense signage, food every three steps. The engine here is izakayas and stir-fry joints — sit down at six or seven after work, skewers and draft beer, ride it to ten.

New Banqiao District: the night begins when the malls close
Walk ten minutes east and the streetscape changes generations — glass towers, department stores, and beneath them Banqiao’s city night.
